  • Buyer's protection

    Get added peace of mind with complimentary buyer's protection when you make purchases with your Visa card in-store or online. Protect against theft, accidental damage (specific to mobile phones), or non-delivery of eligible purchases up to 180 days from the date of purchase.

    • Theft must be reported within 24 hours - all other claims must be submitted within 28 days of the incident. 
    • Ensure that you are aware of the limits for online items purchased that are not delivered or that are damaged in transit.

    You can submit your claim online via the online claims portal or you can submit your claim to creditcardclaims@crawco.me and provide the following details

    • Cardholder’s name
    • First 9 digits of covered card number
    • Cardholder’s address
    • The policy or section under which you wish to make a claim.

    When a claim is made you will receive a claim form, which should be returned to the address given or sent via email to creditcardclaims@crawco.me within 90 (ninety) days (30 days for Fraudulent Card Misuse benefit) along with all required supporting documentation. Cardholders are advised to retain copies of all documents for their own reference.

    Extended warranty provides extra protection and enhances the value of your purchases by doubling the repair period of the original manufacturer's warranty for up to 24 months. 

    To qualify, the full payment for purchased items must be made with a Visa card, and the warranty applies only to new items. Proof of full payment with a Visa card is required.
