    2. Temporary mobile banking PIN will be sent to your device via SMS
  • How to change PIN

    2. Enter temporary mobile banking PIN 
    3. Enter new PIN
    4. Re-enter new PIN
    5. Confirmation of successful PIN change.

    2. Enter your PIN
    3. Select Airtime Top up (1)
    4. Select the operator
    5. Select To Other Number
    6. Select New beneficiary (3)
    7. Select the operator (check with receiver if unsure)
